Overview
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Category-Specific Return Eligibility
To ensure the safety of the tattoo community and the quality of our equipment, the following requirements apply:

Tattoo Needles & Cartridges: Due to strict hygiene and biohazard safety standards, these items cannot be returned if the sterile blister packaging has been opened, punctured, or tampered with in any way.

Tattoo Inks: For safety and anti-contamination reasons, inks are non-returnable once the original factory seal is broken.

Tattoo Machines & Power Supplies: Must be returned in original condition with all cables, manuals, and accessories included. Items showing signs of use or ink stains will be subject to rejection or higher fees.

Tattoo Furniture: Must be unassembled and in original heavy-duty packaging.

Apparel & Merchandise: Must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

Once approved, we will provide you with a specific return address. To minimize your shipping costs, we will strive to provide a return location as close to your area as possible. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages, Quality Issues & Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you encounter any of the following "Special Circumstances," contact us immediately:

Defective or Damaged Products: The item is non-functional or damaged during transit.

Wrong Items Sent: You received a different model, size, or product than ordered.
In these special cases, we will waive all restocking fees and provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. ### Standard Shipping Costs & Fees

Change of Mind: For standard returns (e.g., no longer want the item, ordered wrong size/model), customers are responsible for the actual return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee applies to all standard returns to cover professional inspection, re-sanitization, and repackaging. This fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
