Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–72 business hours (1–3 business days) after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday

  • We do not ship on weekends or public holidays

  • Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on orders over $200 USD within the Mainland United States only.

Free shipping does not apply to:

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

  • U.S. Virgin Islands

Order Cancellations

Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before they are shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers may refuse delivery and follow our return policy after the package is returned.


Address Accuracy & Returned Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Customs refusal or rejection

👉 The customer is responsible for the original and return shipping costs.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly (USPS, UPS, or Amazon Shipping). Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photos or videos of the package and contents

  2. Contact the shipping carrier for package details

  3. Email the evidence to info@tattoosupplyfix.com

We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.


Tracking & Order Status

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment

  • If you do not see the email, please check your spam folder or contact us
